forgiveness affirmations

I forgive myself for my past mistakes. I allow all negative energies associated with past hurt and blame to be transmuted into learning experiences so I can be a more kind and gentle person going forward in my life. If I have hurt others in the past, with or without intention, I ask that their hearts heal, and they hold no anger and blame. Releasing old angers and frustrations, we move forward together in love, peace, and harmony. As I forgive others, I open my heart and forgive myself.

I thank this coping mechanism for arriving in my life and into my conscious actions to save me from what I was experiencing at the time. I release the need to use this coping mechanism to deal with difficult situations and emotions.


I am perfect where I am right now. I am trying my best and being gentle with myself. I move through life’s obstacles with ease and I have already completed my spiritual goals because I am right here, right now.


I love you. I’m sorry. I forgive you. Thank you.
